Gardenfresh pumpkins home-made red cabbage carrots brussel sprouts beetroot à l’orange day by day, various and healthy lentils chick peas polenta potatoes. Home-made sauces only, European fresh fish, Swiss meat and Swiss chicken. All fines herbes are fresh!
Gruyere Cordon bleu with row ham tenderloin cut porc breaded in dried bread, roast of beef (shoulder) softly teamed 2 ½ hours on a home-made mushroom sauce finished with cream, fresh filets of salmon with fresh dill pesto, filets mignons de poulet chicken breast stripes marinated in white wine, and home-made spinach leaves soufflé.
