Our specially developed nutritional concept is a balanced meal plan for children and adolescents. The goal is a varied and healthy diet with ingredients from Mother Nature without industry!
With a weekly changing schedule we provide excellent and regular care of the children with energy, nutrients and vitamins. In principle, we never use pork.
We consciously abstain from pasta and instead use healthy alternatives from Mother Nature, such as potatoes, polenta, rice, cous cous, roll barley, beans, wheat, peas, lentils, chickpeas and beans. A wide range of culinary delights can be offered: boiled potatoes, potato gratin, fresh home-made mashed potatoes, roast potatoes (in shell), rice, risotto, red Camargue rice, basmati rice, red, black, white and borlotti beans instead of wheat Rye and spelled grains, green and yellow peas.
Market-fresh regional vegetables are always gently cooked with steam. Among other things, we attach great importance to the colors and the cutting technique. In summer, the selection is easier: orange carrots, green beans, crunchy kefen, fennel, parsnips, cabbage turnip, cauliflower, broccoli, Romanesco, leek, courgette, beet. Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and fennel seeds …
Between Monday to Friday we offer ten different side dishes and vegetables! Two per day each two.
The vitamin and starch supplements are complemented by a Swiss meat, chicken, egg / cheese and vegi dish, fish (fresh from Europe!), Per day. We only use Swiss meat, Swiss chicken, exclusively fresh salmon fillets from Norway, Swiss cheese, Swiss milk products. With our cuisine, we want to positively influence the eating habits of children. We wish you and “your” children bright eyes full of joy.
Planning, hygiene, safety, costs
We take care of the planning, the purchase, the professional preparation and of course the hygiene responsibility for your lunch. Of course, there are no personal absences of any kind for you in this context. Occupational safety and health protection are guaranteed, we deliver flawlessly in special thermoboxes. A warm-up or roast is not necessary. No more dangers in the kitchen due to hot stove plates, burns due to hot water or oil. With our nutritional concept, you are freeing up resources. The saved labor costs cover the daily deliveries.

The KIDS concept is a balanced eating plan for children and youth. The goal is a varied and healthy diet.
Use only the finest ingredients, such as seasonal vegetables, Swiss meat, Swiss chicken, fresh fish, low-fat cheese and dairy products and much else. With a weekly changing scheme, we offer an excellent and regular supplies to the children with energy, nutrients and vitamins. Because we rely on a healthy diet, we give up pasta and instead use healthy alternatives Mother Nature. On principle we never use pork.
Since we want to influence the eating habits of children positively, both parents and educators are required. We wish for you and “your” children bright eyes with full of joy.

The spirit of taste
Officially we are now a recommended provider of healthy meals for crèches and kindergartens lunches. “Easy Living” is a program of the Zurich government with around 20 projects of various kinds, which Zurich minors and youth assist them to attain a healthy body weight or maintain it. It is supported by Health Promotion Switzerland.
